So What is Cracked Ice Nail Art?

This innovative nail art product consists of medium to large random shaped flakes of very thin coloured Mylar. The material has an attractive iridescent coating that reflects the light at all angles, this finish combined with the large flakes delivers an effect that is very similar to ice.
